Who we do it for

We are the stewards of our world, what condition we hand off this planet to todays children,
is entirely up to us. We are all encouraged to see how renewable energy initiatives are being embraced by conscientious people across the globe. As we all know solar energy creates clean, renewable power from the sun and benefits the environment with out burning any fossil fuels.

Solar is a common sense alternative to the older, expensive and antiquated energy producing approach of using fossil fuels. Solar reduces carbon greenhouse gases around the globe. ... Most of the electricity generated in the U.S. comes from fossil fuels like coal and natural gas. However the move to solar is picking up momentum. With substantial federal tax credits and other local and federally sponsored initiatives the outlook for solar is very bright indeed (pun intended). Save yourself a lot of money, play a role in changing the culture and mindset to renewable energy, and most importantly don’t leave todays children a clunker of a planet.

Federal Solar Tax Incentives
The federal government is encouraging your independence from the utility company with attractive tax credits. When you install a solar system, 30% of your total project costs (including equipment, permitting and installation) can be claimed as a credit on your federal tax return. Here’s an example for 2020, If you spend $10,000 on your system, you owe $3,000 less in taxes the following year.

Unlike a deduction a tax credit is a dollar-for-dollar reduction of the income tax you owe.
$1 credit = $1 less you pay in federal income tax. There is a value to this credit even if you get a refund check from the IRS.
